When I first started this blog I figured it would be best to retain some amount anonymity, at least for a little while. I had been cropping my goofy faces out of pictures. And obviously, I have been referring to myself as Little Red, which is one of my many nicknames.
Well, it's getting a little weird to me, although people in my real life still call me Little Red. For those of you who have received emails from me, you probably already know... But my real name is Rachel. Feel free to call me Rachel, Rach, Little Red, or whatever you want.
In addition, I will also be linking my Twitter account to this blog. This is something that I had not done yet. I have been on Twitter since January so it has always been more about my personal life and has not been connected with the blog whatsoever. So if you're interested in listening to my complaints about school assignments, comments about the weirdos that come into my work, or just the boring details of what I'm doing... Hi Rachel :) It's nice to know your real name after all this time. I'll probably still refer to you as Little Red from time to time cause I'm so use to it. At least now I can put a name to a face :)

I know how it is too...I wanted to keep my personal life out of my blog too but it just slowly started oozing in. Sometimes you can't help it - your blog is a part of your life! Anyway, I guess it doesn't mean we have to put our life story on it!

I did that when I first started getting into the whole blogging thing back in 2001 because I didn't want people in real life to know about my sites! But I found it really kept me from being 100% me so I dropped it. Little Red is a cute nickname! But knowing your real name can bring you closer to your readers, so nice to meet you Rachel :)

No, I completely understand where you're coming from. I just started my blog, and none of my friends hae the slightest interest in fashion so I've been keeping the blogging thing a secret. It's cool to finally know your real name, but I understand trying to keep the whole internet thing apart from "real life". I still am very undecided aboout posting photos of myself...but at the same time, I do want my readers to get to know me..

i think i'll stick to the little red, it's sounds more sweet to me. sometimes, you can't help but reveal who the real you in your blog, however, based from experience, there are a lot good in being anonymous. i have 2 blogs that reveal me, i have other three blogs, all about fashion that are anonymous, i have more freedom in those anonymous ones. have a great hair day ;)
