Christmas Playlist

It is officially December.

I don't know about you all that celebrate Christmas, but I have already been listening to Christmas music for weeks. I don't know what it is, but there is just something about it that puts me in a good mood. But then again, Christmas is my favorite time of year so I enjoy anything related to the holiday.

So, just for fun, here are a few Christmas songs on my playlist:

Ashley Tisdale, "Last Christmas"
Fall Out Boy, "Yule Shoot Your Eye Out"
Funeral For A Friend, "Miracle of Christmas"
Gatsby's American Dream, "Christmastime Is Here"
In Memory, "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year"
Leighton Meester, "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)"
Matchbook Romance, "I'll Be Home For Christmas"
My American Heart, "First Noel"
Stand Still, "I Saw Daddy Kissing Santa Claus"
The A.K.A.'s, "Christmas in Hollis"
Vanessa Hudgens, "Winter Wonderland"

So, what's on your playlist right now?
Who else is already listening to Christmas songs?

If you don't celebrate Christmas, what holiday will you be celebrating?

P.S. - The countdown Christmas tree is a widget I have on my Mac's dashboard. It decorates itself little by little every day as Christmas gets closer. Unfortunately, I can no longer find a link to the download on Apple's site. However, there are plenty of Christmas countdowns available there for anyone who is interested.

P.P.S. - Somehow I managed to write 20,000 words for my NaNoWriMo novel yesterday. I made it 50,000 words and verified my novel just before midnight. Awesome! :)

Awards, Awards!

Thank you to Poisoned Amour and Georgie of So full of twilight dreams that glitter for these blog awards! :)

I am passing both of these awards on to the following:

I hope everyone had a great weekend. For those of you doing some Cyber Monday shopping today, hopefully you will find some great deals! I am going to see what I can find as well as finish up my novel for NaNoWriMo. Unfortunately, I have probably written all of five days this whole month due to being busy with school and everything else. Now I am 20,000 words away from the 50,000 word goal. I'm not sure how much I can possibly write before midnight, but I'm going to find out!

P.S. - For those of you looking to do some shopping, check out a list of some Cyber Monday deals here, thanks to one of my favorite sites, College Fashion.

Happy Thanksgiving

I just wanted to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to all of you who celebrate. I hope you all have a nice, safe holiday. Eat lots of food!
For those of you going out shopping on Black Friday, have fun! I hope you find some great stuff and even greater deals.

I always make some type of festive desert for the holidays. This year I made turkey-hand cookies like the ones in the picture. I used my little sister's hand. Mine didn't turn out as nice as those, but oh well. :P

Friday Favorites - 11/20

Rachel Bilson was spotted out doing some shopping. She wore a Juicy Couture Ruffle Zip-Up cardigan with Citizens of Humanity skinny jeans, and See by ChloƩ Studded Leather Ankle Boots. She carried her 3.1 Phillip Lim Edie Bow Studded Bag. (It has to be her favorite right now as much as she's carried it lately!)
She wore the same boots paired with a printed scarf, a cardigan, a skirt, and some sheer tights.

Lauren Conrad attended the Samsung Behold II Premiere Launch Party. She wore a Mason by Michelle Mason top, a SEA Pleated Taffeta Skirt, and Christian Louboutin Very Prive Satin Pumps.

Blake Lively attended the after-party for The Private Lives of Pippa Lee while decked out in Marchesa. She wore a Marchesa jacket and shorts and carried a Marchesa clutch.
Olivia Palermo was out for the premiere of the movie wearing a Haute Hippie Marabou Feather Vest, a sweater, and leggings with Christian Louboutin Pumps.

Jessica Stroup wore a satin top, a jacket, and Amber Valletta for Monrow shorts with Jimmy Choo booties to the GQ Men of the Year Party in Hollywood.

Stephanie Pratt and Leona Lewis attended the US Weekly Hot Hollywood Party. Stephanie wore a French Connection dress with Yves Saint Laurent shoes.
Leona wore a black top, a Catherine Malandrino skirt, and Vivienne Westwood shoes.

Taylor Swift was spotted out in London. She wore a black top with jeans and Christian Louboutin Bourge Patent Boots. She carried a French Connection handbag.

Whitney Port attended the Undrest Shop Opening in West Hollywood. She wore a T by Alexander Wang striped sweatshirt, a Walter Plaid Boyfriend Jacket, and Christian Louboutin Pigalle Studded Pumps. She carried a Chanel bag.
She wore the same striped sweatshirt while out shopping in Beverly Hills. This time she paired it with a scarf, jeans, and Topshop Tyrant Studded Lace Up Shoes.

Reese Witherspoon wore a J.Crew cashmere cardigan, jeans, and boots while out shopping in Beverly Hills.

Good friends Katy Perry and Rihanna wore the same knitted dress from H&M recently! Both girls paired the dress with boots. Rihanna also added a Louis Vuitton fanny pack. (Not really feeling that.) So, who do you think wore it best? My vote goes for Katy and her fab over-the-knee boots.
